Fit U Personal Training is designed to Fit U regardless of your level of fitness, age, size, or prior gym experience. Weight lifting, cardio machines, swimming, outdoor exercise, sports training- Ashlye uses an assortment of methods to make each session interesting, encouraging, and challenging.

Individual training packages are available for a daily, weekly, or even montly schedule, as well as group exercise classes offered on the weekend in her motivating, outdoor program, Boot Camp.
