Group Training
Group training clientele ranges from overweight, middle aged women, to college-aged athletes this class can be for you no matter who you are. You can expect only acceptance and motivation from group training, without the intimidation factor of your typical gym.

There is no one too weak for this program and no one too strong. Everyone will gain from this class, and feel its effect for days to follow. Ashlye is an amazing trainer who will accommodate all ages, shapes, and sizes.
The activities are set up to be done as a group, but with each individual pushing him or herself to a personal best, guaranteeing an intense workout regardless of your current physical state.
