
Ashlye Bergen, a 2002 graduate of Texas A&M University, began personal
training over ten years ago in Houston, Texas. Based on her experience
with Bally Total Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, the Texas A&M Recreational
Center weight room, and Gold's Gym, Ashlye realized the big gym atmosphere
was hindering her from truly making the personal investment in her clients
she wanted to have.
A very
firm believer that a fitness plan needs to incorporate proper nutrition
as well as exercise, she strives to set each client on a unique plan
that best fits their time constraints, work and family schedule, interests,
tastes, and needs. Working with Ashlye will be more than improving exercise
techniques; Ashlye encourages lifestyle improvement. By actually listening
to the concerns and goals of each client, she then designs a nutrition
and fitness plan that fits each individual.
